Period 1 Atawhai time followed by Dedication Mass then all students on timetable

Option Changes - Years 11, 12 and 13 

Students will be emailed in mid January by Carmel College if there is an issue with their option choices for 2018. These students will need to make an appointment to meet with an appropriate dean.  Instructions as to how to make an appointment will be sent in the email.

Uniform Shop

All school uniform items can be purchased from our supplier, NZ Uniforms’ retail shop in Unit F, 19 Orbit Drive, Albany. Please click HERE

This gives parents the convenience of access to both a retail shop that is open normal retail hours (Monday – Friday: 9.00am to 5pm; Saturday: 9.00am to 1pm) and an online portal where uniform items can be ordered online and delivered to your address within 48 hours.

Buses 

School buses depart school from 3.15 pm onwards.

Parents, please check here before the first day of school to find out which bus your daughter should catch.

Lockers

Year 7, 8 & 9 students are required to have a locker. Lockers will be assigned at a cost of $15 and this amount will be added to your daughter’s student account. Locker location, number and key will be given to students in the first week of Term 1, 2018.

Year 10,11,12 & 13 students have the option to purchase a locker at a cost of $15. You will have received a Parent Paperwork email in October regarding lockers – please refer to this if you wish to order a locker for your daughter.

School Diary

This is a compulsory purchase ($12) and will be added to your daughters school account along with her ID card ($7).

Work Books

Years 9 to 13 Work Books can be purchased on the Carmel College website online shop from 22 January. 

Please note: Year 7 and 8 students are all issued with the same compulsory Work Books. These will be charged to your daughter's school account - there is no need to pre-order.

  • Once you have purchased the Work Books you will receive a receipt via email.
  • You need to either print this receipt and give it to your daughter to bring with her on the first day of school or email it to your daughter so that she has it available on her device to show her subject teachers.
  • She will need to show this receipt to each of her subject teachers in order to receive her Work Books.
