The PTFA is multi-talented, fun-loving group of past and present parents. Their aim is to raise money to provide the ‘extras' they would like to see available for their daughters.
The PTFA is committed to providing an annual donation to the school, covering Scholarships, Dux awards, Spirit of NZ sponsorship, sports uniforms, library books and the Student Welfare fund. In addition the PTFA provide other resources for the school.
The PTFA are always looking for parents to join the committee. We meet once a month on a Tuesday for 1-1.5 hours. Membership is open to any parents willing to give their time and energy. It is a great way to become involved in the school community. If you would like further information please email
Each year the PTFA holds or takes part in various fund raising activities, the main ones being the Art Exhibition, the ‘Shore to Shore Run’ and the annual ‘Father Daughter Breakfast’.

2012 - to date this year the PTFA have made the following contributions to the school:
· A new school van - $31,000
· A herb garden near the technology department - approx $3,500
· BBQ for outdoor events - $400
· Year 7 & 8 decking etc - $4,500
· Dimmer pack for lighting/drama/av - $1000
· Sports Department Assistant - $10,000
