Arrive late to school

Report to the School Office as soon as you arrive at school with a note, signed by Parent/Caregiver explaining why you are late
Have been absent Bring a note from Parent/Caregiver to your Form Teacher when you return
Become ill while at school Report to the Sick Bay – Parent/Caregiver is not allowed to collect you from school until you have reported to the Sickbay
Are looking for lost property Report to the School Office at interval or lunchtime
Need to use your cell phone at school Cell phones must remain switched off in class unless the classroom teacher gives specific permission for phones to be used. You may use your cell phone at break times
Need to use a telephone Go to the School Office where you ask to use the phone – 20 cents for a local call and 50 cents for a mobile call
Want to see the Counsellor (Mrs Waters) Go to the Counsellor’s Office where you will find a request for appointment slip to the right of the office door, fill this out and put it under the office door. Mrs Waters will then get in touch with you
Have an appointment during school time Bring a signed note from home and have it signed by a Senior Manager. Take it to the School Office to sign out when you leave
Have a request for leave during school term A Parent/Caregiver should write a letter to the Principal explaining the reason and asking permission
Damage school property Report to your teacher or the School Office

Want to know what is happening Listen to the daily notices, read the notice boards and check notices on the school website
Do not have the correct uniform Report to the School Office where you must see a member of the Senior Management Team to obtain a pass before the school day begins.

Think you may be the victim of harassment See any teacher, Dean or the Counsellor

You need to put a notice in the Daily Notices Write the notice clearly on a piece of paper and take it to the Teacher in Charge of the related activity or your Form Teacher and ask for it to be put in the Daily Notices
You lose your ID card Give your name at the School Office and a new card will be processed and given to your Form Teacher – the cost will be charged to your student account
Need to top up my printing account Go to the School office at lunchtime only where you can add money to your printing account – there is a minimum $2 charge for this top up.

A Guidance Counsellor is available to help students. All counselling aims at helping students resolve their own problems.
