You are invited to our NCEA Information and Subject Selection evening for whānau, caregivers and students. This evening is taking place on Wednesday, 30th July, in the School Hall, from 4pm to 6.30pm.
The purpose of this evening is to ensure students, and their families make informed decisions around academic pathways and subject selection.
There will be a presentation about NCEA and how it works for Year 11 parents.
All Year 9-12 students and their families are encouraged to attend and find out more information about subject choices and pathways.
The structure of the evening will be as follows:
- 4:00 – 6:00 pm – Subject teachers are available for whānau and ākonga to meet and find out more information about each subject hosted in the School Hall.
- 6:00 – 6:30 pm – NCEA Presentation, hosted in the staff room.
There is a Careers Expo hosted at Rosmini College from 5 pm to 8 pm the same evening. Please make sure you come to Carmel’s Subject Selection evening before heading to the Careers expo (if you are interested.)
