Carmel College is beginning the development of its new Strategic Plan for 2027–2028.
The Strategic Plan will set the direction and priorities for the College over the next two years. We want to hear from our students, whānau, staff and wider community about what matters most for the future of Carmel College.
The Board’s paramount objective is to ensure that every student can attain their highest possible standard of educational achievement. In developing our plan, we must also consider student attendance, progress and achievement; physical and emotional safety; inclusion and equity for Māori students; te reo Māori; cultural diversity; and the differing needs of our students.
Alongside these priorities, we want to ensure that our plan reflects the Catholic and Mercy special character of Carmel College and prepares our young women well for their futures.
Your feedback will help us identify what Carmel does well, where we can improve, and the outcomes we should prioritise for 2027 and 2028.
The survey will be open until 3.30 pm on Friday 13 November 2026.
As you work through the survey, some sections may not be relevant to you. You are welcome to leave these sections blank and move on to the next. We appreciate you taking the time to complete as much of the survey as you are able to, as your feedback is valued and will help inform the future direction of Carmel College.
