StarLight Talent Showcase is an annual event that brings together talented students from North Shore Parishes and Catholic colleges to perform.
This year three awards went to Carmel students:
🏆 Wow Award: Vivian Xu
🌟 Rising Star: Amelia Rachel Blessan
🫶 He Tāngata (People’s Choice) Award: Lauren Sargent & Shania DeSouza
A special shoutout to Lily Dwyer for leading the karakia and to Siobhan Fialho for doing an incredible job as MC on the night.
It was inspiring to see such a high standard of entries and a growing level of effort from all participants. The Starlight team are already looking forward to next year’s 10th anniversary celebration, set for Saturday, 25 July 2026 — mark your calendars! 🎂🎤
