English Teacher
We are seeking a collaborative, experienced teacher to join our highly engaging English department.
Opportunities exist to develop wider curriculum knowledge and leadership skills. Our timetable allows for weekly classroom release time for planning and development. You also will have the chance to work with students from across the college in varying capacities.

Health and Attendance Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organised and compassionate individual to join our team as a Health and Attendance Coordinator. This position involves overseeing a variety of health and student welfare-related tasks, supporting staff and students, and ensuring smooth operation of the first aid room and attendance management systems.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. They will also be expected to work autonomously while upholding a strong commitment to confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
First Aid Room Supervision
- Provide primary first aid support to students.
- Maintain and update the high-needs medical register, including managing data in the KAMAR database.
- Assist in the provision for health-related services to visit the College ie immunizations.
- Complete monthly first aid reporting, ensuring all records are up to date.
- Oversee the daily operation of the First Aid room, including coordinating treatments, first aid kits for EOTC and managing the budget.
Attendance Management
- Enter daily attendance records accurately and in a timely manner.Review daily student attendance, identifying patterns such as lateness and absence.
- Conduct follow-up on attendance issues, including making calls to parents/guardians and documenting responses for the pastoral care team.
- Manage sign-in and sign-out processes, ensuring proper documentation and security.
General Administrative Support
- Provide support to the Reception/Office Manager with daily office tasks and operations.
- Oversee lost property, including uniforms and lunch money, ensuring items are returned to students or properly logged.
Leave Approvals
- Manage the approval process for special leave requests, including planned trips and other extracurricular activities.
- Process leave approvals for special interest activities, planned trips, EOTC (Education Outside the Classroom) events, and representative leave for staff and students.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in first aid and student health management.
- First Aid certification (current).
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of KAMAR or similar student management systems is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with students, families, and staff.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Understanding of health and safety standards and protocols.
The hours are 37.5 hours per week, term time only (40 weeks per year)

School Property Manager
Position Type:
Permanent full time position (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday with occasional requests for out-of-hours work (notified in advance).
Position Overview:
The School Property Manager will oversee the maintenance and management of all school facilities, grounds, and buildings, ensuring a safe, functional environment that supports student success and daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, contractors, and the school community, while upholding the school’s Catholic character and vision. Additionally, this role offers the potential for growth as the school embarks on future master planning and potential redevelopment of facilities and the school site, providing opportunities for the Property Manager to play a key role in shaping the school’s long-term property plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of school facilities, including buildings, classrooms, and sports areas.
- Ensure maintenance, repairs, and improvements are completed promptly and efficiently and to a high-quality level of workmanship.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance workers and contractors to ensure high-quality work and service standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the Property team to achieve school goals within the 10YPP.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all school equipment and facilities.
- Uphold Health and Safety standards, prioritising the safety and security of students, staff, and visitors in line with school policies; attend health and safety meetings.
- Conduct regular inspections of the school grounds, identifying and addressing potential hazards or issues.
- Assist with the setup and logistics for school events, meetings, and activities.
- Maintain records of building maintenance, repairs, and service contracts.
Ideal candidate:
- Proven experience in property management or facilities management, preferably in a school or educational setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team. Capable of handling emergency situations calmly and effectively.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail will be required to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
- Basic understanding of budgeting and financial management.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to health and safety regulations and practices.
- Demonstrates honesty, reliability, and respect for confidentiality.
