Harbour Hospice held their legendary annual Vintners’ Brunch fundraiser over the weekend and raised over $350,000 to help ensure that Harbour Hospice can continue to provide compassionate and professional services to patients, whanau and caregivers.
A small but energetic team of Carmel students assisted with setup, dishes running and cleanup. Organisers say “Your girls were amazing thank you! They just got on with the tasks in hand, helped where they could, followed instruction, were polite and very pro-active. Some even stayed on and helped beyond their hours. We were set up ahead of time (which is almost unheard of). The set up is crucial for the delivery of the event and timing is everything so their assistance to do this was absolutely appreciated! “
