Join us for Twilight Christmas by the Lake on Friday, 14 November, from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., and kick off the festive season in true Carmel style.

Picture this: twinkling lights reflecting off the lake, the sound of carols filling the air, the scent of spit-roasted lamb wafting through the breeze, and a joyful crowd of families and friends coming together to celebrate. It’s going to be unforgettable — and we want YOU there!

Lend a Hand – Volunteer for a 1or 2 Hour Shift!

We’re calling on our amazing Carmel community to help bring this event to life! We need you!! Most volunteer roles are just 1 hour, so you’ll still have plenty of time to enjoy the market with your family. If you’re happy to give a little more, we’d love your help for 2 hours — every bit makes a difference.

Here’s how you can help:

  • Decorating Crew – Set the scene on 13 Nov (evening) or 14 Nov (morning)
  • Gazebo Setup & Parking Support – Help us build and guide on 14 Nov
  • PTFA Stall Helpers – Join the fun at:
    • Spit Roast Dinner
    • Man the Stands (help us manage our many stalls as part of a duo – Baking, Joy-Jars, Glow-in-the-Dark Merch, Drinks and the main Raffle Stand)
