We are writing to remind you of the upcoming School Board Elections (10th September), a key opportunity for our school community to shape the direction and priorities of our school. The Board plays a vital role in guiding school strategy, supporting student achievement, and ensuring strong governance and accountability.
Calling for Candidates with Governance Experience
We encourage all parents and caregivers who are passionate about education and community involvement to consider standing for the Board. We are especially keen to hear from those with experience or interest in areas such as:
- Financial management or accounting
- Policy development
- Strategic planning
- Legal or compliance matters
- Risk management
- Health & safety
These skills are vital to the effective governance of the school and help ensure the Board can make sound, informed decisions in the best interest of all students.
