In doing my Health Assessment I am aiming at improving students’ mental and emotional wellbeing, focusing on nutrition and healthy eating among teenagers and how our food affects our overall energy and mood. My goal is to increase the number of students who make their lunches and snacks at home. For the next 5 weeks, I will be sharing a healthy lunch recipe and a healthy snack recipe, both quick and easy to make, as well as nourishing for your body. These recipes have been adapted from some of my favourite books, Instagram accounts and websites and I have also included some of my own recipes, all of which have been tried and tested many times and taste delicious.
