What is sustainability? This is exactly what Year 7 classes have been studying for the term, along with how to make a sustainable lunch. To find out about these questions, we went on a field trip to the local supermarket and put our knowledge to the test. We had the opportunity of finding out the origin of our food, the processing and the packaging involved with it. As a result we are now very informed of how our food gets to our tables.
