As you are aware Carmel College is proudly embracing Tika- Justice as our core Mercy value this year. In Physical Education, we demonstrate this value in various ways. We show TIKA – JUSTICE in PE when we:

• Show sportsmanship by taking responsibility for your own actions
• Share equipment and opportunities to include and support all teammates
• Speak up if something feels unfair or unsafe during play
• Give everyone a fair chance to participate in activities

Each term, Year 7-10 students have the opportunity to nominate their classmates who best demonstrate this core value. A student from each class is then chosen to receive the Tika- Justice Award, with their name and photo proudly displayed in the gym foyer.
