The Carmel College PTFA is delighted to invite our entire school community to Twilight Christmas by the Lake – Carols & Markets, returning on Saturday, 14 November from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
This much-loved community event promises a magical evening of Christmas cheer, live entertainment, and festive shopping. Throughout the evening, guests will be treated to performances from choirs and singers, creating the perfect soundtrack as families stroll through a stunning Christmas market featuring talented local artisans and makers. It’s the ideal opportunity to get a head start on your Christmas shopping while supporting local businesses and creators.
There will also be plenty of food options available, along with family favourites such as face painting and other activities for children. Whether you come for the music, the markets, the food, or simply to enjoy time with friends and family, there will be something for everyone.
This event is one of the highlights of the PTFA calendar and a wonderful opportunity to bring together students, families, staff, alumnae, and the wider Carmel community for an evening of fun, connection, and celebration.
We Need Your Help!
As with all PTFA events, the success of Twilight Christmas by the Lake depends on our amazing volunteers. We will be looking for parents and caregivers to assist with:
- Event set-up prior to opening
- Pack-down at the end of the evening
- Staffing PTFA fundraising stalls
- General support throughout the event
Volunteering is a fantastic way to be involved in school life, meet other members of the Carmel community, and work alongside your daughters to help create a memorable experience for everyone.
