Congratulations to Elizabeth Brennan, competing in the 2023 NZ Secondary School Open Water Swimming Championships in the female 16-19 age category and placed in these events:
- 3rd in the 3.5km swim
- 2nd in the 1000m Swim
- 3rd in the 500m swim
Basketball 3×3 Nationals
First time attending 3×3 Basketball Nationals for Carmel College – the team placed 8th out of 16 teams in Div 2, with Juniors playing in the Senior Grade. Big thank you to Matua Maurice for taking the team out every day and to the additional parent help.

New Zealand Volleyball Nationals
Bronze Medal in Div 2 for the team at the New Zealand Volleyball Nationals finishing 18th out of 152 girls teams. Big thank you to Junitta Moa, Mark Lendrum and Annie Sadlier for being with them in Palmerston North for the week, plus all the parent support for the girls during the season.
North Island Waterpolo Championships
