Year 12 Food Technology students have the great opportunity again this year to be involved in the 2019 NZIFST/CREST Innovation Challenge. The teams are working alongside renowned food companies and mentors to create new products. 2019 teams are working with Juliet Clarke and Vailanu Situ’a from Tasti and Pip Duncan from vegetables.co.nz. The teams are currently surveying their target market to analyse consumer opinions and preferences in snack products.
