We kindly remind all parents and caregivers of the following important procedures to help us maintain accurate attendance records and ensure the wellbeing of our students:
Reporting Absences via SchoolBridge
All student absences — including late arrivals, early departures, or appointments during the school day — must be logged through SchoolBridge.
Please note: students will not be permitted to sign out unless this has been completed. Accurate reporting helps us maintain correct attendance and ensures student safety.
If your daughter has a recurring commitment (e.g. high-performance sport or ongoing medical appointments), this must be approved in advance by Anna O’Farrell.
First Aid Procedure During the School Day
If a student feels unwell during school hours, she must report to the First Aid Room, where our staff will assess the situation and contact home if needed.
Please remind students that they must not use their phones to contact parents directly during the school day. All communication regarding illness should go through First Aid.
Feeling Unwell Before School?
If your daughter is unwell before school, we ask that she stays home to rest and recover. This helps support her own wellbeing and prevents the spread of illness to others in our community.
Welcome to Yvette Smith!
We are delighted to welcome Yvette Smith to the team as our new Health and Attendance Coordinator. She will be overseeing student health needs and managing attendance processes moving forward.
Thank you for your ongoing support in keeping our school community safe, healthy, and well supported.
