We ask that all families within our school community please donate cash to be collected in your daughter’s Atawhai class, or donate online through the Carmel Shop HERE. Cash fundraising will end on St Patrick’s Day (17 March), however, you can continue to donate online until Thursday 20 March.
Coin Trail will be celebrated with a green-themed mufti day, chalk designs and exciting lunchtime stalls with games such as chuck-a-choc ($2), home baking such as cupcakes ($3) and a sausage sizzle ($2) – so make sure to bring extra coins!
As always, there are prizes for the best chalk design, best-dressed student, the Atawhai that raises the most money and the Atawhai with the best retelling. Coin Trail is an uplifting Carmel tradition that not only celebrates our Irish roots but also supports fundraising in a meaningful way. We encourage everyone to get involved as it is a lively and collaborative day as well as a highlight of the year for many.
Happy Coin Trail!
