The SAVE group had a tree planting event recently. We joined up with the conservation volunteers group to plant about 400 trees at Sanders reserve as part of a larger project to plant and maintain an area of this reserve. We planted all native trees which included ake ake, manuka, coprosma, kawa kawa and kanuka.
