Curry Mastercook Class

Why not learn to rustle up an authentic South African Indian curry as we embrace these cold winter nights?

Come along to enjoy a Curry Masterclass with Tracey Tucker who will take you through the steps to create a chicken and/or vegetarian (sugar beans) curry with roti and carrot salad. A fun night to cook, mingle and dine!

All cooking abilities welcome. Seats are limited so book early to avoid disappointment. Bookings close on 14 August 2019.

Cost: $25.00 per person (includes your meal on the night (curry, roti & salad), one alcoholic/non-alcoholic drink, recipe card, take-away spice packet)

Tracey Tucker comes from Durban and has lived in New Zealand since 2009. Durban boasts the largest amount of Indians outside of India. Tracey loves sharing her family recipies when not working as a software salesperson. She has worked as a cook at Chefs for Compassion events hosted by St Mary’s, Northcote and Rosmini College. Her cooking has been a hit at many a school event and fundraiser. Tracey has also conducted Masterclass sessions for her work colleagues.
